Day 14 of cutting back. I didn’t realize how much nicotine was still affecting my sleep until last night when I finally gave myself a couple hours before bed without it. Even though pouches don’t feel stimulating in the same way caffeine does, they still keep your nervous system more “awake” than most people realize.
